Returns & Refund Policy

At BUYZEN Gear, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.


30-Day Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse cannot be accepted.


How to start a return

All returns must be approved first.

Please email us at:

support@buyzengear.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo (if the item is defective or damaged)

We will provide you with return instructions and the return address in the Netherlands.

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as BUYZEN is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your goggles for a different color or lens, please contact us.
We will guide you through the fastest way to receive your replacement.


Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.


Warranty

All BUYZEN goggles come with a 2-year performance warranty covering manufacturing and material defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches or cosmetic damage

  • Damage caused by accidents, crashes, or misuse

  • Lost or stolen items
