Where do you ship from?
All BUYZEN orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on business days are shipped the same day.
How long does delivery take?
European Union: 2–5 business days
Netherlands & Belgium: Usually next business day
United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
United States & Canada: 5–9 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
All shipments are fully tracked.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and order value.
We offer free shipping on higher-value orders in all regions.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.
We offer free shipping when your order reaches the minimum threshold for your region (for example, €149 within the EU).
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your local customs authority may charge import duties or taxes. These are not included in the product or shipping price.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to change or cancel it.

What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
All returns must be approved first by emailing support@buyzengear.com.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do your goggles come with a warranty?
Yes. All BUYZEN goggles are covered by our Lifetime Warranty, protecting you against manufacturing and material defects for as long as you own the product.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, or normal wear and tear.
If you ever experience an issue, simply contact our support team and we will take care of it.
Are the lenses interchangeable?
Yes. BUYZEN goggles feature a magnetic interchangeable lens system, allowing you to adapt quickly to changing light and weather conditions.
Do your lenses provide UV protection?
Yes. All BUYZEN lenses provide UV400 protection, blocking harmful UVA and UVB rays.
Are BUYZEN goggles suitable for glasses (OTG)?
Yes. Our goggles are designed to be OTG (Over-The-Glasses) compatible, allowing comfortable use with prescription glasses.
